Cynthia McGowan
Cynthia McGowan – Recovery Minister

In 2009, I was arrested on drug charges and was sentenced to one year in Maury County Jail. While I was there I had a profound encounter with Jesus that has changed my life completely. I have spent the past 6 years devoted to rebuilding my family, getting a college degree and helping people that are trapped in addiction find hope through Jesus.  I also lead a book study called Boundaries at the Discipleship House, a transitional housing facility in Mt. Pleasant, TN.
