Meet Our Team

Pastor Dedra Campbell – Executive Director
 
Pastor Dedra has been with FreshSTART since 2017. She began as the Director of Children and Youth Ministry and a Recovery Coach at Discipleship House. Dedra is in long-term recovery from alcohol and drug abuse and loves sharing how Jesus has healed her through 12 Step programs, counseling, and community. She especially enjoys sharing with others how accepting the unconditional love and grace of Jesus has helped her be able to love and accept herself. She has been married to her husband, Chris for 20 years and they have a daughter named Chloe.
Gary Pinson – Recovery Minister
 
Gary has 27 years experience in 12 Step Recovery. His interest is in working one-on-one with new people in Recovery.  He also has a desire to see the honesty and accountability of the 12 Step Program adopted by the church.  He believes everyone would benefit by the fellowship, honesty and love that can be found in Recovery.  Gary has a Master’s Degree in Religion from Trevecca University and a B.A. from the University of Tennessee.
